  1. An information pack explaining the improvements to East Coast’s First Class service starting on 22 May 2011, including a new timetable, improved customer service operation and new Flying Scotsman service.
  2. A brochure for East Coast staff explaining the benefits of their new intranet service called Mainline.
  3. Two of a series of six internal communication posters promoting the launch of East Coast’s intranet site.
